Qualified Specialist
Certificate in Psychometric Testing, Assessment and Access Arrangements, with the NPQSENCO under way.
Independent, JCQ-compliant access arrangement assessments for schools, colleges and sixth forms, delivered by a qualified specialist with over 15 years of classroom experience.
Reasonable adjustments only work when they are accurate and student-centred. Every assessment I conduct follows JCQ regulations to the letter, without losing sight of the young person sitting in front of me.

Picture of need, evidence of testing and a clear professional rationale, ready for inspection.
An external, independent voice that holds up under scrutiny from inspectors and exam boards.
Recommendations rooted in each candidate’s normal way of working, not a one-size-fits-all template.
Emma Stebbings-Allison BA Hons
I am a teacher with more than 15 years of experience working with students at KS3, KS4 and KS5 across a range of settings: secondary mainstream, sixth form, further education colleges, and specialised SEND provisions.
I am currently completing the NPQSENCO and I hold the Level 7 Certificate in Psychometric Testing, Assessment and Access Arrangements, qualifying me to conduct specialist assessments that determine whether a student requires reasonable adjustments for their exams. These adjustments are strictly governed by the Joint Council for Qualifications and exist to ensure a level playing field without compromising the integrity of the qualification.
From a single Form 8 through to whole-cohort assessment days and SENCo mentoring, I work alongside your team so your access arrangements are accurate, defensible and ready for inspection.
